You can use this page to make a donation to the Ken Moulton Scholarship Fund – which is part of the Windsor Rotary Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization in the State of California.

What is the Windsor Rotary Community Foundation? This Foundation is the local “giving” side of the Rotary Club of Windsor. For over 20 years, our Foundation has provided grants for community projects that benefit Youth, Seniors, Public Services, and Social Services in our Greater Windsor Service Area.

What is the Ken Moulton Scholarship Fund?  The Ken Moulton Scholarship Fund was initiated to honor our beloved Ken Moulton. In 1991, Ken and his wife Pam moved to Windsor and Ken became the Principal of Windsor Middle School. They started their mission to give back to their community with active involvement in the unification of the Windsor Schools, the incorporation of the Town of Windsor, the newly formed Boys and Girls club, United Way and the Rotary Club of Windsor.

Professionally, Ken retired from Education in 2003, after establishing the first Alternative Education program in Windsor, named Windsor Oaks Academy. The school mission is dedicated to reaching under-served students who need an alternative option to move towards graduation. It was always Ken’s dream to support the disenfranchised students in a public school setting. This fund grants scholarships to students attending alternative schools like Windsor Oaks Academy and North Bay Met Academy.

Prefer to donate by check? If you would prefer to make a donation with a check, please make the check payable to “Windsor Rotary Community Foundation” and mail it to PO Box 2295, Windsor, CA 95492. Write “Ken Moulton Scholarship Fund” in the memo section. Please, do NOT make the check payable to “Ken Moulton Educational Fund” – our bank will only accept checks made payable to Windsor Rotary Community Foundation.
