This page is home to our Club Reimbursement Request form. If you are a member, you can use this form to request payment to yourself or another person or business. This form can be used for both Club expenses and Windsor Rotary Community Foundation expenses.

To request reimbursement for club or WRCF expenses, please complete this form and attach your receipts. Bring the Reimbursement Request Form with your receipts to Co-Treasurer Carol Martin or email to treasurer@www.windsorrotary.org.
