2023 Student Scholarship Programs

The Windsor Rotary Community Foundation is offering several one-time scholarships to graduating seniors.  Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 will be paid directly to the institution upon proof of enrollment.


The first Scholarship is available to students who attend Windsor High School, North Bay Met Academy, Windsor Oaks Academy, or reside in Windsor, CA and are enrolled in an equivalently accredited school.

In addition, applicants must be:

  • Eligible for graduation from school.
    Accepted and enrolled in an accredited two-year junior college.
  • four-year college, trade skill program, or career certificate program to receive it.
  • Demonstrate the Rotary ideal of “service above self” through family, school, and community involvement.

School and community service, citizenship, and leadership will be considered in awarding this Scholarship.

The second Scholarship is The Kenneth Moulton Scholarship Program.  This scholarship is specifically offered to a graduating senior who attends the North Bay Met Academy, Windsor Oaks Academy, or other alternative education program in the Windsor Unified School District.

In addition, applicants must be:

  • Eligible for graduation.
  • Accepted and enrolled in an accredited two-year junior college, four-year college, trade skill program, or career certificate program.
  • Demonstrate the Rotary core values of empathy, resilience, leadership, perseverance, innovation, integrity, tolerance and service.

School and community service, citizenship, and leadership will be considered in awarding this Scholarship.
